About Me

Hi there, my name is Georgia and I love all animals, particularly dogs and cats! I’d love to have one of my own but can’t at the moment so thought I’d do the next best thing and help to look after other people’s pets.

That’s when Georgia’s Dog Care started, in April 2024. I am based in Thurston and cover in and around Bury St Edmunds. For wedding chaperoning I do travel further so please get in touch to see if I can help you! Fingers crossed I can! I can help with things like dog walking, drop-ins (for dogs and cats), overnight/ daytime pet sitting and wedding chaperoning. I like to make sure each pet has their own personalised, bespoke care to cater for their needs and yours. I will treat your pet as they were own and I am devoted to providing them with the best possible care.

Since a very young age I grew up with two rescue dogs in the house. We had a beautiful ex-racing greyhound called Janey and a whippet lurcher cross called Jeudi which is where my love for animals began. I have experience with small, medium and large dogs, as well as dogs that are nervous, reactive and have separation anxiety. I am also fully insured, canine first aid trained, enhanced DBS checked and have a full driving license for your peace of mind. I absolutely love what I do and I feel very lucky to be able to say that!
