Wedding Chaperoning
A totally bespoke service for the whole family on your special day!
This is the package I provide, however I am completely happy to be led by you and want to do as much as I can to give you peace of mind. We can come up with your own package to help your day be as perfect as you imagined and to make it suit your dogs personality/requirements.
My priority will be making sure your furry family member has as good a day as you, trying to maintain their regular routine as much as possible, keeping them calm and allowing them to safely have fun. The day isn’t all about you, you know!!!!!
Pre Wedding:
Meet at an agreed location.
Pet Sitting on the morning of your wedding so your special family member can have some company and the best day possible.
A walk to help settle those nerves!
I’ll give them a hand in getting ready to attend your big day (brushing, cleaning paws, putting on any accessories)
Keeping you updated via text/ whatsapp with their morning activities including photos for you to look at. (Please note I am not a photographer!)
Drive them to your venue at an agreed time. In a comfortable hammock with a secure headrest seat belt that can clip onto their harness.
At the wedding/venue:
Perhaps you’d like a friendly, furry someone to greet your guests on arrival?
Looking after your dog during the ceremony and day to keep them relaxed and amused. (Bringing some toys/blankets from home to provide that comfort)
Or liase with you and other parties about them being the ringbearer/walking down the aisle and taking more of a backstep at this point.
Ensure they have regular access to water, are fed if required and have opportunities for toilet breaks away from the main area.
I will be the crazy lady dancing behind the photographer to help you get that perfect shot of your dog looking straight into the camera, or assisting the photographer in alternative ways. At any time of the day, be it pre-ceremony, during or after the ceremony.
Your dog and I will stay at the wedding for 3 hours. If you’d like longer, this is absolutely fine and can be arranged*
Post Wedding:
Driving your loved one back home and settling them in for the night, dropping them off to your accommodation for the night or any other destination.
Sitting with them after arriving at their evening destination.*
If dog sitting on the site of your wedding bring them back for some golden hour photos. Or if we are not on site I am happy to bring them back to the venue for this. *
Staying overnight with them in their home to keep them company. *
Keep you updated with what your fury friend is doing with their evening via text/ Whatsapp, including photos.
Please note your dog will not be able to come home to my house at any point.
Preparation:
A meet and greet with you and your dog in person. Approximately 6 weeks before your wedding date to:
To get to know eachother and produce a detailed, agreed action plan for the day.
Go through relevant paperwork.
As much contact as needed in the form of emails, texts and phone calls to ensure plans are up to date and we are on the same page as the big day gets closer.
Additional meet and greets are available to build up a rapport with your loved one and myself for an additional cost. Please just ask, I am happy to arrange this, or if you wanted to do the initial meet and greet earlier that is absolutely fine too.
Pricing/ Booking:

Please note services indicated with ‘*’ will increase the price of your wedding chaperoning package. This package price is based on a 30 mile radius from the location of pick up/drop off to the venue. If the distance exceeds this an additional charge will be added.
To book and reserve the day a 50%, non-refundable payment of your quote is required within 2 weeks of the quote being provided. The other 50% is required at least 2 weeks prior to the wedding date and is non-refundable (I will provide a reminder for this).
You are more than welcome to come up with your own package and I will give you a separate quote. For example if you just wanted someone to sit with your dog for the day and not attend the venue that is absolutely fine and I am happy to accommodate that.
